A private jet crashed near Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump's Florida resort, killing all nine people on board. The Learjet 60, en route to the Bahamas, hit the ground in Palm Beach County, less than 11 kilometers from Trump's estate. Witnesses described the moment the plane plummeted and exploded, with fire engulfing the area.

Residents in the mobile home park near the crash site reported seeing the plane descend and explode. One described the scene as "everything was on fire." Emergency services were called to the location, where they found the wreckage and confirmed all passengers were deceased. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are investigating the cause of the crash.

This is the second major aviation incident in the area this year. A similar crash occurred in 2023, also near Mar-a-Lago, which led to calls for increased safety measures in the region. The current crash has prompted local authorities to review emergency response protocols and safety regulations for private aircraft operating in the area.

The crash has also disrupted travel and road access in Palm Beach County, with over 600 residents evacuated. The NTSB is expected to release more details in the coming days as its investigation continues.
